The Support tab allows you to communicate with users. You can see direct messages as well as discussions that have been publicly posted to your API.
Messages
Messages are private conversations between you and the user. They can be initiated by you from the Users tab, or by the user when they click the blue mail icon on your API listing.
If you are having a dispute or issue with a user, you can also contact our support team for help at https://support.rapidapi.com/.
Discussions
Discussions are publically posted on your API listing by users. They are visible to anyone on the RapidAPI platform, so please avoid sharing private information in these threads.
