API Access Provisioning Approvals (Preview)

With API Access Provisioning Approvals, API consumers or organization admins can request OAuth2 credentials from an Environment Admin.

To request OAuth 2 credentials when adding an Authorization to an App in the the Developer Dashboard (Apps or My Apps), select Request authorization from your admin, as shown in the screenshot below. You then enter an Authorization Name, Grant Type and optional message to your Environment Admin.

The Environment Admin is then able to approve or reject the request and add the credentials via the GraphQL Platform API. See API Access Provisioning.

Once the Environment Admin has added the credentials, API consumers can use the Authorization in their API requests.
