Locations

The Locations tab allows you to manage the locations and workers from which you can execute tests.

A worker is the piece of code that executes the API tests. The RapidAPI workers are deployed in various global regions called locations. These workers can generally run all API tests; however, in cases where an API resides behind a firewall or VPN, a custom worker can instead be used to execute tests for such APIs.

You can edit the visibility of a location by:

1. Selecting the organization you want to manage
2. Changing the Visibility drop-down associated with the location you want to change
3. Clicking the ✓ to confirm the change
